Strobes N' More Millennium Mini LED Lightbar

As the title indicates, this lightbar is fantastic. It's very, very bright/intense, and the low profile is good for reducing wind resistance. I would, however, recommend mounting it on a headache rack or a 3rd brake light cab mount for better visibility, as the low profile nature of the lightbar does reduce up-close visibility of it on the roof of a truck.

Not only was customer service great. The pricing is great and product quality is above expectations .

I like how bright it is and how I can flash both colors together or separate with different flash patterns. I would definitely recommend.

I originally purchased one of the Strobes N More Millennium mini lightbars to use at work when entering plants or job sites that require a beacon. I wanted something ultra low profile and this fit the bill. I was expecting this to just meet the minimum requirements (class 3 typically) for work. I was blown away at the light output and true 360 degree light output. I've had it for two years and have used it both at work and when assisting in cleaning up downed trees with a skid steer. The low profile kept it from being wiped off the top of the skid steer. I've also taken it with me in my sedan on road trips and used it assisting another motorist changing a tire. The brightness, even on a bright sunny day, had traffic moving over to clear us. The compact size makes it easy to slide under a seat, in a console, even a glove box. In my sedan I usually keep it upside-down under the rear deck with the magnets so it's out of the way but easy to grab when needed. I am now purchasing my second one to hard mount on my utility side-by-side for the same purpose at work. I hope SNM never stops making these handy little bars.

If you're looking for the least expensive dual color mini-bar on the market, this is it. However it has a few limitations.The LEDs themselves are very bright but that's not really a selling point anymore these days; ALL LEDs are bright now. The TIR modules are excellent when viewed straight on. The corners however are not very effective as only one LED is really being viewed at any given angle due to the way the optics are set up. If your primary directions of protection are straight ahead and behind this bar is a good option. If you need any sort of off-angle coverage, you may want to look at a different unit with better side/corner optics or at least anticipate adding additional side lighting. Secondly, despite appearing to be a completely sealed unit I quickly experienced water intrusion after a couple of rains. It cleared out in a couple of hours in the sun but I presume will return with any further precipitation, and is disappointing to see as it invariably diffuses the light output.The third issue I've noticed is the cigarette plug doesn't seem to sit deep enough and has a tendency to back out under road vibrations. I have to make sure to give the plug a push before turning it on and that shouldn't be necessary.
